Sunday was family excursion day, off to the Butterfly Conservatory we went. We'd been before and Smidgie had also been with her class a year or two ago, but it's a good activity for a winter weekend.
Here's some of what we saw. I'm guessing you won't be upset that I didn't take a picture of the Madagascar Hissing Cockroach, and I also passed up the opportunity to 'pet' it. Silly me.
